In January 2026, Layout Comunicação acquired VirtuosTech, starting a broader process of brand fusion, service standardization, and operational integration. This new phase brings together communication expertise, digital presence, online business operations, complex integrations, and long-term SaaS product development under a stronger and more structured operation. The brand chosen to lead this next chapter is VirtuosTech, because it more accurately reflects the company’s current positioning in technology and software and offers stronger alignment with international markets.

Founded in Fortaleza and expanded to Orlando, Layout Comunicacao built its history around communication, digital presence, online operations, and complex tourism integrations. This is the side of the business that brings market experience, commercial maturity, and hands-on knowledge of connected operations involving suppliers such as Alamo, HotelBeds, Expedia, Amadeus, and Priceline.
